Concept & Philosophy
The logo carries several symbolic references:
The logo carries several symbolic references:
- Football fragment – the primary visual element, directly linked with the sport.
- Rose motif – in alternative color usage, the ball fragment resembles a stylized rose, one of the symbols of the city of Prešov.
- Pentagon and stitching lines – representing the crossroads of the historical trade routes (north–south and east–west) that shaped the development of Prešov.
- Cultural intersection – the stadium is designed not only as a sports venue, but also as a cultural arena.
- Pentagonal and hexagonal shapes – referencing the historical fortification of Prešov during its golden era.
- Shield shape – derived from the form of a horseshoe, which connects to the new official symbol of the city.
The chosen color palette (gold, black, red) is inspired by the city’s visual identity, reinforcing the link between the stadium and Prešov’s heritage.
